-What is the item's UPC number? (the 11 digit numbers under the bar code of the item, or the series numbers between the item description and the price on your receipt.)
-What is the Batch or Lot Code number? (this can be found on either the packaging or the container, normally near the expiration date).
-When is the Best By or Expiration Date of the product?

Once we receive the above requested information, we will then notify our quality department so this matter can be addressed in a timely manner.
